OptimusInvoice — Terms of Service

1. Welcome

Thank you for choosing OptimusInvoice.

By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Using the App

You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly and lawfully

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your login details secure

• Avoid fraud, disruption, or misuse of the service

3. Subscription & Payment

• OptimusInvoice is billed at €99/month + VAT, processed securely through Stripe

• Payment is required before download

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except under our 14-day technical-issue policy

• You are responsible for any chargebacks or bank fees

4. Refunds

If a technical issue prevents you from using the app and we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment.

Please include your transaction details when contacting us.

5. Updates & Improvements

• We regularly update and improve the app

• If a change significantly affects your use of the service, we will notify you

6. Third-Party Services & Subcontractors

• We use trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting, email services) and may use subcontractors

• We remain responsible for delivering the service

• We are not liable for outages, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers

• You may not bring claims directly against subcontractors

7. Intellectual Property

• All software, branding, and content in OptimusInvoice belong to AMG Optimus Ltd

• You receive a licence to use the app for your business

• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce the app

• You are responsible for ensuring any data you upload does not infringe third-party rights

8. Data & Security Responsibilities

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However:

• We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by weak passwords, shared accounts, or your own security practices

• We are not responsible for data loss or downtime caused by third-party providers

• You are responsible for backing up your own data

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access

• Error-free performance

• That the app will meet every business requirement

We are not liable for downtime or delays.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Reputational damage

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Regulatory, tax, or compliance issues

• Third-party service failures

• Errors caused by inaccurate information you provide

• Costs to repair or replace software or hardware

• Losses arising from insolvency (yours or a supplier’s)

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Ending Your Access

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service

• You may stop using the app at any time

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law.

The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
